Payment for Limo

Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement:

Sedans / SUVs

  • The customer must provide full payment for the reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • Any refunds or adjustments to the reservation amount will be subject to transaction charges borne by the customer.
  • Tolls will be added in the total amount of the trip after the conclusion of the trip.

Vans, Coaches, Buses, Minibuses

  • To confirm a reservation for a van, coach, bus or minibus provided by Netic Limo, the customer must pay at least 25% of the total reservation amount.
  • If the reservation date is 15 days or less away but more than 7 days away, the customer must provide 50% of the reservation amount.
  • If the reservation date is 7 days or less away, the customer must provide 100% of the reservation amount.
  • Tolls will be added in the total amount of the trip after the conclusion of the trip.

Custom Vehicles (Stretch Limos, Custom Vans, Party Buses)

  • To confirm a reservation for a custom vehicle provided by Netic Limo, the customer must pay at least 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • If the reservation date is 15 days or less away, the customer must provide 100% of the reservation amount.
  • Tolls will be added in the total amount of the trip after the conclusion of the hourly trips.

Booking and Payment Policy:

Sedans / SUVs

    • If the reservation date is 7 days or less away, the customer must provide 100% of the reservation amount.
    • Tolls will be added in the total amount of the trip after the conclusion of the trip.

Custom Vehicles (Stretch Limos, Custom Vans, Party Buses)

  • To confirm a reservation for a custom vehicle provided by Netic Limo, the customer must pay at least 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • If the reservation date is 15 days or less away, the customer must provide 100% of the reservation amount.
  • Tolls will be added in the total amount of the trip after the conclusion of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

Sedans / SUVs

  • The customer may cancel their reservation for a ride provided by Netic Limo by giving notice to the company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • If customer cancels the reservation within 24 hours but more than 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time, they will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the reservation amounts
  • If customer cancels the reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be provided, the customer will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • Any refunds or adjustments to the reservation amount will be subject to transaction charges borne by the customer. Vans, Coaches, Buses & Minibuses.
  • The customer may cancel their reservation for a ride provided by Netic Limo by giving notice to the company at least 30 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
  • If customer cancels the reservation within 30 Days but more than 15 Days of the scheduled pickup date, they will be obliged to pay 25% of the reservation amount.
  • If customer cancels the reservation within 15 Days but more than 7 Days of the scheduled pickup date, they will be obliged to pay 50% of the reservation amount.
  • If customer cancels the reservation within 7 Days of the scheduled pickup date, they will be obliged to pay 100% of the reservation amount.
  • Any refunds or adjustments to the reservation amount will be subject to transaction charges borne by the customer.

Custom Vehicles (Stretch Limos, Custom Vans, Party Buses)

  • The customer may cancel their reservation for a ride provided by Netic Limo by giving notice to the company at least 30 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
  • Any refunds or adjustments to the reservation amount will be subject to transaction charges borne by the customer.
  • If customer cancels the reservation with less than 30 Days left for the pickup date, they will be obliged to pay 100% of the reservation amount as these are special kind of vehicles and need special bookings.

Note

  • This cancellation policy is our general policy which can vary based on the availability and vendor of any specific job or vehicle. If there will be any change to the cancellation policy, it will be shared prior to the job.
